They were able to get us in first thing in the morning the day after I called. I received a quote my first call within a few minutes as opposed to having to take my car in and wait an hour like other businesses. My husband had questions and the staff was super helpful with recommendations. The price was fair and significantly cheaper than other places. Definitely recommend!

Outstanding service! Fair prices and quick turnaround time. I went in for AC repair and was taken care of very quickly. I was given up front prices and there were no surprises when I picked up my car. Paul and his team were fantastic.

I've been bringing a few of my vehicles to Thousand Oaks Automotive for oil changes, and every visit has been a great experience. Everyone I've dealt with has been friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. One thing I really appreciate is that they don't rely on high pressure sales tactics. They'll let you know if they notice something that may need attention, but it's always presented as a recommendation, not a sales pitch. That approach builds trust and honestly makes me want to keep coming back. Another thing that stood out to me is the pride they clearly have in their team. The photos and history displayed around the shop show that they value the people who work there. I believe that when a business takes care of its employees, it shows in the quality of the work and the way customers are treated. You can feel that here. If you're looking for an honest local shop with friendly people and a customer first attitude, I highly recommend Thousand Oaks Automotive.

TOA Got me in within a day of calling. I couldn't have driven my car around safely for another day based on what was happening. After engine diagnostic, and courtesy inspection, they identified and repaired a critical issue and performed a few of sorely needed overdue maintenence items, without delay, (after i approved estimate), and i had my car back in just over a day. (Good excuse for a stay- CAY!) My est repairs where at least $1K less than i was.dreading. if.you have to, the waiting room is comfortable, Clean, & cool with water and coffee. And someone right at the desk can listen to your concerns and most can answer technical questions without waiting to go through two other staff. Waaay less.stressful, faster and more personable than going to a dealership! They text a list of the inspection items, then an itemized detailed estimate of repairs and charges. They don't charge any more for a full synthetic oil change than Valvoline does!. I had several questions after they texted the itemized estimate and i kept forgetting and calling back asking questions and Paul was very patient answering all my questions.
